Hi All, I am trying to find out if the pedestrian download speeds that I have been getting over the last couple of months when using tor and privoxy are related to my UK ISP DSLMax throttling, or if it is something you have observed too.
Tor was usually slower than direct browsing, but the last few times I have tried using I can hardly get more than say 1.5kbps. Is there a way of troubleshooting this to see where the throttling occurs? -- Regards, Mick
