Can't be true. I have the following lines in /proc/modules:

usbhid 41184 0 - Live 0xffffffff8802d000
usbkbd 6336 0 - Live 0xffffffff88007000
usbmouse 4736 0 - Live 0xffffffff88042000

All have 0 in the third column, but they are obviously used as i am
typing this.
