I'm getting this:

using eselect profile.
and I have:
# ls -l /etc/make.profile
lrwxrwxrwx 1 root root 56 Dec 20 07:14 /etc/make.profile ->
/usr/portage/profiles/default-linux/amd64/2007.0/desktop
Can I change to any of these?
# eselect profile list

I've looked over this:
