[gentoo-user] /tmp folder

Hi

when i rebooted Gentoo Linux Server, the /tmp folders got cleaned up.
Is there a way i can prevent it from cleaning it up.

Also I know that the /tmp directory should not be used for storing important
files.

Any ideas ?
