I use xulrunner, don't have epiphany. Here are my firefox USE flags: www-client/mozilla-firefox-3.0.5 USE="dbus ipv6 java mozdevelop startup-notification xulrunner -bindist -custom-optimization -gnome -iceweasel -restrict-javascript" And in fact I don't have any totem stuff at all. libtotem-complex-plugin.so may be completely unrelated to your flash problems.
