Yes. You've got ffmpeg-20099999 installed, but media-
video/dvdstyler-1.7.2_beta4 wants to have ffmpeg with the "encode" USE flag,
which your installed version doesn't seem to have, but ffmpeg-0.4.9_p20090201
does.
