Many thanks all for solving problem!
Short summary for restoring emerge & wget with openssh:
1. Set "-ssh" USE flag in /etc/make.conf
2. Making emerge -pf wget
3. Downloading all files that got us the previous command from
http://distfiles.gentoo.org/distfiles/
4. Placing downloaded files in /usr/portage/distfiles
5. emerge wget
6. Now, I re-emerging openssh :)
