And, I missed the ebuild note to rebuild drivers. I did have to comment out the same line in my xorg.conf. Run "qlist -I -C x11-drivers/" for a list of what should be rebuilt, which is in portage-utils. At some point I should just enable hal and be done with it. Mike -- Michael P.
