You should check not only "Precedence: Bulk" headers but "List:" headers, "Auto-Submitted:" headers, "owner-foo" envelopes, "foo-request@" envelopes, "Precedence: Junk" headers ... See RFC 3834 for recommendations: http://www.ietf.org/rfc/rfc3834.txt -- Eray
