IMO unless you're doing some really unusual/obscure java thing, you don't want or need the blacktown-jdk. I'm guessing that if you delete that and run revdep-rebuild you'll probably see those other packages get rebuilt against the sun-jdk-1.6 and that will get rid of the virtual jdk-1.4.2 for you. But I'm not putting any money on it ;)
