I've being looking for a Rapid Application Development tool for a while now, without success. I would like to know if is there any tool, preferably web based, that a selected user could build interface screens to a database and also help him/her to build the tables of the database. For the last part, there's phpMyAdmin, which is OK. Any one knows something for the firs part?
