I've seen that there's no state information in some queries. Example: http://nominatim.openstreetmap.org/reverse?format=xml&polygon=0&[email protected]&addressdetails=1&accept-language=en&osm_type=W&osm_id=68668532
returns: *<addressparts> * * <road>5th Avenue</road> <hamlet>Rose Hill</hamlet> <city>New York</city> <county>New York</county> <postcode>10035</postcode> <country>United States of America</country> <country_code>us</country_code> * * </addressparts> * No state there.
