#4878: Nominatim seems to ignore addr:postcode on associatedStreet relation

I recently created changeset
http://www.openstreetmap.org/browse/changeset/16512278
For one street I created an associatedStreet relation with postcode 2880.
For the other street I added a postal_code tag on the street itself.
Almost immediately, the address lookup started returning the correct
postcode (2880) for the Dijkstraat, Bornem. Several hours later, the one
with the associatedStreet relation still returns 9140.
