Nominatim links the hi-res Bing relation in Poland
(http://nominatim.openstreetmap.org/details.php?place_id=6007093819) with
some random place (Radogoszcz town). The relation and her children has no
addr tags.
Moreover, even though the relation is now temporarily deleted and
shouldn't exist in Nominatim, but it still keeps the relation with this
town as address in search results.
