Nominatim isn't the best tool for POI search. Use the Overpass API, if you
are looking for objects with a specific key/value pair.
That said, the page you mention is a wiki, so you should edit it instead
of opening an issue here. Be aware, though, that reimports of the special
phrase page into the database at nominatim.osm.org happen very rarely.
