specific to the arctic.

Unless you have some information that is specific to their application
to the arctic then I suggest leaving them as they are.  The article
already makes clear where to find general geoengineering info (in
italics at the top of the page).  You may wish to make a brief mention
of them in the introduction, but that's all I'd recommend.
