Dear Group, Would it make more sense to report CO2 in parts per thousand. That is 385 part per million versus 0.385 parts per thousand. Would not the public and policy makers Gestalt this more easily? Part per million seems like a lot of parts even though 385 is bigger than 0.385. We still have a grasp on what 0.385 is.
