http://solarbee.com/ This firm already sell solar powered water mixers that would be useful for pulling up ocean water to the surface. Their existing products are for shallow water use, but with a longer pipe I am advised they will work fine in the open ocean.
How long would the mix pipe have to be? How easy would it be to get someone to run a trial, if the equipment could be acquired for testing?
