I was interested to read about measuring aerosols, especially using 
satellites looking in different directions:

If we are to deliberately deploy stratospheric sulphate aerosols, to 
cool either regionally (in the Arctic or Antarctic) or globally, are the 
necessary satellite instruments in place to measure the effectiveness?
