What a coincidence. I saw the same story on physorg.com and contacted the scientist who invented it, Dr. James Roberts. I have invented a breakthrough hybrid solar energy collector that can double the amount of electricity generated by a solar power tower plant. It can also be used to provide heat to Change CO2 to hydrocarbons and to simultaneously provide electricity to the grid or to run pumps and equipment associated with the CO2 process. I'm seeking corporate partners to develop the system. The solar energy link on my webpage at http://vulvox.tripod.com gives nonproprietary information on it. I recently got a patent pending on it.
