Group members, I need help answering a hypothetical question about SRM countermeasures. Specifically, if one country were to implement stratospheric aerosol injections on its own, do technical means exist for other states to counteract such a deployment? If so, what are these means? Which effects associated with stratospheric aerosol injections could be offset by such means?
