I understand you are still chairman of the board of Friends of the Earth ENWI. I note with concern that FoE international has recently endorsed a strongly anti geoengineering statement which appears to contradict the stance of FoE ENWI on this matter. Please can you clarify the organisations' positions? I hope that the resulting positions will not reflect any presumption that emissions reductions alone will be certain to prevent dangerous climate change. I look forward to your response.
