I'm just someone who decided to think of how to help mitigate the problems
of global warming and came up with this by accident. I've gone over it
with experts and am convinced it should work but those experts wouldn't go
public. I'd like someone to build it, help me build it, study it and go
over it in detail then go public with findings, do an environmental impact
study, tell me what to do next, or anything that will be of some help.

A few notes:
Remember that the ocean provides most of the hot moist air and the sun
provides the power that heats the moisture that drives the convection cycle
just like in nature. I’m just controlling it by forcing the eye wall to
form inside the structure using fountains. I can only generate a hurricane
in specific area’s where the ocean surface temperature is high enough and
the upper winds are slow enough. It will take days to get the hurricane
going just as in real life though shortcuts can be taken like turning on
the structure underneath a tropical storm or capturing an existing
hurricane.

High up some clouds, including those that a hurricane produces, have ice
crystals form at the top and reflect the suns ray’s back into space over
95% vs. the oceans 10-20% reflection rate of the suns ray’s into space.
Enough clouds over the ocean to reflect enough rays back into space and
you end global warming. If the Earth was covered in these clouds it would
turn into an ice cube. You only need 5-10% more cloud cover to do the
trick.

Water is like magic!! It changes form from vapor, droplets, hail, snow,
ice and water. It can reflect, retain and distribute the heat captured
from ray’s coming from the sun. Clouds will cool a city during the day and
keep a city warm at night or possibly send down 1” hailstones obliterating
everything.

A hurricane forms: Sun beats down on ocean surface heating it up. Around
75 degrees water vapor breaks off the ocean surface creating moist air
which the sun beats down on causing it to rise up. With good winds
breaking off more water from wave tops a storm can form. Continuation of a
warm ocean surface and kind winds should generate a hurricane in a few
days. No power stations, no nuclear bombs, no diesel fuel, nature uses the
power from the sun just as I will. Only I will have a massive fountain
system and apply more heat that will control and add power to the system.

Just having an area where you constantly generate mist over the ocean is
enough to start a convection cycle. The Sun beats down on the mist, mist
heats up and mist rises. Any heating would add to the convection cycle.
With a 20 mile diameter structure there is plenty of space for steel
manufacturing and such.

I’ve been told that the following should:
1. Generate and control hurricanes, that will produce clouds that will
reflect the suns rays’ back into space and provide water for irrigation and
drinking. Oh, and prevent hurricanes hitting land. Also should be able to
put it in reverse and heat the earth. Almost forgot that it could be used
to freeze up the artic tundra though the 1k wide outflows might be hard to
plug up. Oh and I’ll show how to build a structure capable of handling
constant 80’ waves.

2. Using my flood control techniques will eliminate floods and droughts,
reduce extreme heat and cold along with increasing areas for producing
foods enough to feed at least 20 billion people. This will allow us to
generate a 5 years backup supply of food and the end of using food supply’s
beyond sustainable means. The manmade fresh water waterways used will also
provide “clean” transportation for people and cargo as well as act like a
battery storing excess energy from power plants and producing energy at
peak times and in some remote areas on a limited basis.

3. Use plankton blooming in the ocean where the rain is coming down
everywhere NOW!!!!! This should reduce the carbon as its entering the
ocean stopping the acidification of the ocean. It will be applied to the
storms I generate. Why isn’t this being done now?

Why feed everyone??
Either that or kill a few billion and people might look down at that.
We're letting population max out stopping only due to the food supply not
being able to sustain it. If we didn't waste food we'd be in the same boat
in a few years. One major disaster or several small ones that disrupt our
food supply and we'll see death's in the billions, more extinctions, war
and everyone's quality of life will suffer. Life will get better after
that. Or if no disaster we'll have people dying constantly from
starvation, over a billion hungry all the time, loosing one food supply
after another from over use like what's happening with the unsustainable
yearly catch of $17 billion of the Atlantic Blufin Tuna.

My solution involves generating the conditions that'll form a hurricane,
controlling it with fountains at the bottom of the eye wall and altering
it's course 10-30mph depending on the height and speed of the water coming
out of the fountains. This will produce clouds that will reflect the suns
ray's back into space and rain for drinking and agriculture. Rain will
also come down over the ocean transporting carbon from the atmosphere as it
does where plankton blooming can be applied to in order to replace the
carbon entering the ocean at that point into food for fish.

Implement flood control my way to capture excess storm runoff into a man
made fresh water waterway used to transport people and cargo at over
100mph. This waterway will also be used for energy storage and to stop or
minimize floods, droughts, record cold and heat to the point where we can
increase agriculture to feed all the hungry and have a 5 year backup food
supply to a population of 20 billion.

This explanation describes how i came up with the idea, how it works and
people seem to like best:

Started out as a method to cool down reefs that were over heating due to
temperatures. Had designed a wave energy device to pump cold water from
the depth's through a hose to the reef in order to cool it.

Scientists frowned on my ideas stating that salt water would destroy my
structures, still think it'd work.

(based this waterway on California)
Then i created a man made fresh water waterway to transport people, water
and cargo up and down the coast at over 100mph. Heard of a spray on
material that would make the surface of the waterway that touches the water
smoother than glass. Along with a cover so that the air will move in same
direction as the water once it's going will make very little resistance.
This waterway will gain speed as it goes downhill and loose speed going
uphill. As it goes by power plants any excess power can be used to
increase the speed. At various locations and during peak usage power will
be generated while slowing down the waterway, much like a huge battery,
kind of like what Los Angeles does. This structure will also be used to
capture excess storm runoff. There will also be reservoirs for storing the
water, one for cold near Oregon and one for hot near Mexico. There are
several ways of transporting hot or cold water from the reservoirs to
agricultural land in danger of being over heated or getting frost damage.

The problem was powering it. On the ocean side of the waterway I had my
wave conversion routine powering the waterway. Blocking the coastline
would be way to expensive though. Making the man made fresh water waterway
float in the ocean is a whole new idea which should work well. On the
outer walls or buoy’s make places for seals and such to rest and
procreate. Being that the waterway is going to take over much of the
transport business freeing up freeways and such it's going to be so huge
that most waves will rebound off the structure being re-directed out to see
just as happens to waves hitting cruise ships and aircraft carriers. One
of the main items hurting the development of life on the ocean shores are
waves. Eliminating them will turn the coastline into a lagoon type
atmosphere where people can sail, swim and fish. It should also increase
sea life drastically. People might not like this though.

I decided to create a circular structure with buoy’s on the outside of it
to speed up the waterway. The waterway would go out to sea resting on the
ocean floor. It would then be directed upward and attached to the bottom
of the waterway with a like attachment for the outflow for a continuation
of the waterway.
(forget about these attachments, they are only used for describing the
thought process of development)

Scientists then hounded me that the ocean is not a nice place. Salt water
would damage it as well as storms or worst yet a hurricane could obliterate
it. So I put fountains on top of the structure along with a intake pipe
300' down. Shooting out 30 degree water from the structures at the
oncoming hurricane should dissipate it if not obliterate it.

Curiosity got to me and being bored i went over it in my mind while working
and such. Then thought, what if i aimed the fountains inward. This would
create an area of hot mist. Logic tells me that ray's from the sun beating
down on that area of mist is going to cause it rise up into little clouds.
Thinking about it, the more water being pumped out of the fountains would
increase the temperature of the water and mist. A firefighter told me that
water increases in temperature 20 degrees going from the tank, through the
pump and out the nozzle. Didn't take too long for me to aim the fountains
in the same direction the winds of a hurricane goes in order to generate
one. You want to aim them a little inside the structure though so that
most of the initial water coming out of the fountains that will fall to the
ocean will do so in the middle of the structure essentially heating it up.
With a constant flow of water out of the fountains generating a constant
mist above the structure and with the sun beating down on that mist will
generate and increase the convection cycle while slowing down at night.
Now increase the speed of the water coming out of the fountains to over
100mph and you got by definition a man made hurricane above the structure.

A hurricane doesn't want to stay in one place. It wants to go to the area
of lowest pressure which will be in the center of the structure. It also
wants to travel in the same direction as the wind. In addition if the jet
stream is above the structure it can disrupt the convection cycle possibly.
If the structure was shut down the hurricane act just as a natural one.
The hurricane would wander off the structure due to winds and go on its
merry way. Warm surface water would generate more mist that the sun would
beat down on increasing the convection cycle. Cold surface water wouldn't
have the additional moisture and the convection cycle would slow.

Keep the structure going and the upper part of the eye wall will be
drifting in the same direction as the wind wanting the lower part of the
eye wall to come along for the ride. Build the fountains on the structure
tall enough and shoot the water out of the fountains fast enough and the
lower part of the eye wall will stay firmly attached to the structure. The
upper part of the eye wall will want to form another eye wall but cant.

Take what happens in nature when two hurricanes meet. One of the eye walls
will expand to include the other eye wall and they'll combine. This
happened over Cuba at least once after a storm split in two after hitting a
mountain. Since the eye wall connected with the structure wont move it
should capture any eye wall coming near the structure, as long as the
fountains are tall enough and the water is shot out of the fountains fast
enough. If one had a fountain structure 10,000 feet up and were able to
have it secured you could move the eye wall around the ocean at 200mph and
still have a storm attached, well, it would actually be continually
generated storm.

Do I have to define how high to make the structure and how fast to shoot
the water out? No, the higher the fountain structures and the faster the
water is shooting out, the more you can alter the course of the hurricane.
On the first one i'd build towers that can be easily increased in size to
taller than the Eiffel tower. Another factor is the diameter of the
structure. Studying hurricanes the most beautiful ones have an eye wall
with a diameter of 20 miles.

Leave the man made fresh water waterway inside the structure inside.
Propel it to over 100mph, once again exact figures are not needed. The
faster you have the water go and the more water in the waterway, the more
pressure on the outer wall. If you do not have enough pressure, make the
water go faster. The outer wall of the structure will be held in place
using the same building designs as a cables stay bridge. A huge metal ring
in the middle of the structure will have cables attached that run to the
outer wall of the structure holding it in place. The cables have to be
very strong just like the golden gate bridge for example to hold the
pressure of the waterway so it doesn't cause the outer wall to give way.

Imagine the pressures in a 20 mile diameter spinning top. I'm concerned
with the structure surviving a wave from an asteroid that devastates the
earth to the point where the structure will be needed to purify the
atmosphere (considering making the structure submersible and doing an
emergency dive before an asteroid hit). Constant 80' waves hitting the
outer wall of this structure will have little effect.

The fountain towers would need to survive the 100+mph winds and they do so
by cables attached to the hull, other towers and the cables holding the
outer wall together. Shooting water out of the structures to help generate
the wind for the eye wall will help stabilize the towers also.

Build 10 of these hurricane structures, have them follow the surface waters
in the ocean turning on and off as needed. Alter their course as needed
having them do tasks such as provide rain for drought ridden areas like
South Africa, Australia and such. Drive the hurricane 100 miles off the
coast of California twice or more as needed in between crop plantings as
directed by farmers and capture the needed excess storm runoff. The
waterway can be extended to encompass all of North America using multiple
waterways at different elevations with pipes and tunnels connecting them.
This can be duplicated as needed to areas in Europe, Russia, China,
Africa, Australia and such.

Getting rid of some of the intense summer heat and winter frosts as well as
eliminating droughts and floods will drastically increase agriculture.
Along with opening up new areas to farm, I was told that it should be
enough to feed 20 billion easily.

Clouds over the ocean reflect the suns ray's over 90% vs. the oceans 10-20%
reflection rate of the suns ray's back into space. Enough clouds over the
ocean to reflect enough rays and you end global warming. 10 structures
going full time would be too much. An earth covered with clouds would
cause it to turn into an ice cube.

If one were to switch the intake of the structure to the down deep in the
ocean and shoot the water out of the fountains away from the structure and
you'll cool down the surface of the ocean. Cooler ocean surface
temperature would cause less evaporation and less clouds over the ocean and
the earth would heat up.

When the rain forms and falls down to the ocean just as it does in a
natural hurricane it traps particles in the atmosphere including carbon.
According to other articles on this thread doing plankton blooming where
the rain is coming down on the ocean will capture the carbon entering the
ocean and use it to increase ocean life depositing some in the form of
reefs and shells and thus decreasing the carbon in the atmosphere.

These structures can also be used to collect all the trash in the ocean and
then convert it into benches, reefs and more. Other manufacturing plants
will also be installed for steel and other stuff. With a 20 mile diameter
structure there's lots of space. Basically anything that requires a lot of
water for cooling is great because it'll just add to the convection cycle.

It's also possible that these could be used to replenish the ice packs.
Ideally one could park a hurricane next to a jet stream so that the jet
stream tears apart one corner of the upper clouds and creates high clouds
stretching across the sky blocking the suns ray’s from hitting up north.
Not sure how people up in the arctic would feel about loosing more sunny
days though. This method could be used to take clouds way inland where
they’d bunch up and rain down at a mountain range or another bend in the
jet stream.

The cost of global warming is a many trillion dollar problem. Along with
being able to build without worry of a hurricane hitting land, the value of
a billion lives (think of this project as producing 2 billion extra workers
- instead of a billion hungry unfit for work and a billion struggling to
just eat), the species going extinct because of over hunting for food, in
the event of an asteroid impact a 5 year backup supply of food for everyone
would be priceless. Considering all the benefit’s the cost of powering the
fountains, producing the structures and building the flood control would be
negligible. Not to mention that ending starvation for 100 years is the
moral thing to do.

Along with these next two video’s I think I’ve gone over everything.

Here are area's where one could start a hurricane.

Here are diagrams explaining internal wind patterns a little.

The trick is that once they form above my structure i'm able to (hopefully)
control them so they'll do their job of cooling down the ocean surface
temperature but not hit land. Oh, and steer them to places around the
world where the system would rain down water on area's needing it for
drinking or agriculture.

In thinking about it, if i built 10 of these the best method to build them
would be in the middle of a few of my structures in sections. The heat
from the operation would add to the convection cycle.

My other video's are horrible with bad insults and stuff aimed at local
people but technically and as far as physics are concerned i think they go
over everything so you can watch them while you're doing nothing on your
ipod or pad or whatever. All of the pertinent info about the project
needed should be in this document and the two above video’s.

Ignore the ones on gravity or not, I have to contemplate more on those
though you might learn something.
