I am a Contributing Author of Chapter 7, Clouds and Aerosols, of the
upcoming Fifth Assessment Report of the Intergovernmental Panel on
Climate Change.In particular, I am working with Lead Author Phil Rasch
to write the section on solar radiation management ideas for geoengineering.
We want to be sure we are aware of all new work on this subject, so to
help out, could you please send me and Phil ([email protected]
<mailto:[email protected]>) copies of any new papers you have written
on the subject.In particular, we can reference any paper that has been
submitted to a peer-reviewed journal by July 31, 2012 and that is
accepted by the journal by March 15, 2013.So in addition to recently
published papers, please send us a pdf of all new manuscripts that you
have recently submitted or plan to submit by the July 31 deadline.These
manuscripts will be made available to the IPCC authors to use in our
writing of the second order draft.Thanks very much.
