Note that I am convener of symposium A4.4 which is the session for papers on climate engineering. In that they overall Assembly is joint between the atmospheric and cryospheric associations, the primary focus is on the polar regions, particularly the rapidly changing Arctic, but in that cooling the Earth would cool the Arctic, this symposium can have papers on a wide range of possible climate engineering options.
The other symposium on future climate is A1.4 with which I am also involved with Andre Berger. So, yes, the conference should be of interest to geoengineering researchers.
