OK, so at 0.05 GT CO2/volcano and a social cost of carbon of say $40/tonne CO2

means an impact of $2B/volcano times # new volcanos/yr times yrs of new 
eruptions, minus the temporary $ benefits of SO2 cooling = ?? Or let's spend 
lots of R&D money on how to do CCS on artificially erupted volcanos? I'm sure 
the CCS industry would welcome a new, paying customer. Plus it would appear 
important to carefully select which volcanoes to erupt:
