Dear colleagues, For the *Geoengineering Our Climate?* Working Paper Series, Weng Weili and Chen Ying (Chinese Academy for Social Sciences, CASS) have written an Opinion Article titled: *"A Chinese Perspective on Solar Geoengineering"*.
In this article, they argue that Chinese efforts at local weather control do not translate into an interest in SRM deployment, and that China should be involved in wider discussions on research and governance.
