Excellent presentation, Robert. Re sinking bags of algae into deep ocean: rotting-to-CO2 happens fast. A lot in a week. If bag is sealed, hypoxia means much methane.
The idea (2nd half of my push-pull pump) is to sink the new carbon compounds before this happens, so CO2 is produced in the depths with their big dilution factor.
