This note mainly to let non-Americans know that this week’s
announcement by President Obama from Beijing about cooperative climate efforts
has set off strong negative reactions among the new Congressional leaders.
All forms of geoengineering are in increasing difficulty. Recommendations on
the best way to handle this within the US Congress are urgently needed.
I was going to add a positive Chinese spin, but will do that
separately, as it has turned out to be Taiwanese. Anyone have one?
