Hi One possible method is the use of hydroelectric power to grind materials such as olivine in large tumble mills powered by a turbine and distribute fine grains past the dams or into rivers where such waters could contain high concentrates of GHGs when passing through urban areas. Materials could easily be mined and delivered to the plant. Many countries are looking into increasing hydro power so this option looks practical on a large scale.
