It appears that your proposal leads to a significant temperature undershoot
in early years. Furthermore, there's a lasting reduction in sea level,
which would pose significant problems for port cities.

Could you perhaps advocate a spatially restricted and temporally extended
nuclear war - which would not have such a disruptive effect on near-term
climate?
Additionally, it may be possible to limit the impact on economic growth, by
varying the location of at least some of the blasts away from major
population centres.

It would be great to see a revised proposal, which might be less
controversial, but no less achievable.
