Those wishing to submit comments are asked to do so by e-mailing a Word document containing the submission to [email protected]<mailto:[email protected]> by 31 March 2017. However, if you would like to comment and require additional time please e-mail us as it should be no problem to extend the deadline by a few weeks. Please do not use the .pdf format for your submission and please limit your comment to a maximum of 2000 words. Please include “Code of Conduct Comments" in the subject line of your e-mail, and include any supporting data or literature citations with your comments, as appropriate. Please ensure to cite references to already published literature clearly. We intend to make submissions publicly available, and will do so unless you clearly state otherwise. We will consider publishing some submissions anonymously, or by including affiliation only, if this is explicitly requested. All submitted comments are part of the public record. While we intend to publish all submissions, we reserve the right not to publish those submissions that do not meet the aforementioned criteria or contain inappropriate material. Please note that all personal identifying information (e.g., name, address, etc.) voluntarily submitted by the commenter may also be publicly accessible. Please do not submit confidential business information or otherwise sensitive or protected information.
