Good morning all, I am working on a story for Medium <https://medium.com/> that will outline the diplomatic tensions at the Sino-Indian border, which also is becoming the test field of a very ambitious cloud seeding program run by China.
The program is very secretive - the only mention around is an article appeared on the South China Morning Post, and literally nothing else - and I am looking for anyone who may know more about what is going on there. I am also looking for anyone who may be willing to talk about the opportunities and risks of cloud seeding, particularly in a fragile environment such as the Himalayan region. Thanks in advance!
