The problem is a mix between melting ice from Greenland,  other glaciers and the Antarctic and a larger from effect the thermal expansion of the world's oceans.  This is amazingly complicated because the thermal expansion coefficient depends on salinity and pressure. My estimate is that the thermal expansion problem is 20 times the ice.  The energy removal needed is about 30 times total world energy consumption and 500 times US electrical generation capacity.

I can send calculations, based on Schwartz and Slingo, on the number of spray vessels needed to hold the fort to anyone who asks.
