The Sierra Club’s ​Climate Resilience, Carbon Dioxide Removal, and 
Geoengineering Policy is worth a read - it’s 99 pages!  BTW, it says, "It is 
prudent to conduct research on geoengineering in case it is required as a 
desperate last resort emergency cooling strategy to head off climate 
catastrophe”.
