How about a prize of more than $100k for developing a method for MCB that could be scaled up to eliminate one-third of Earth's energy imbalance at a cost in 2024 dollars of less than $1,500 per additional megawatt year of solar energy reflected to space, *proven with an independently measured demonstration of making or brightening clouds?* Where can I find someone who wants to fund such a prize?
