I am currently developing a business plan for a new climate/energy/SRM R&D
laboratory, and am looking to hire people to review and suggest
improvements. This involves spending about 90 minutes reading the 60-page
document, followed by a 30-minute Zoom discussion. In other words, I pay
people $300 for 2 to 3 hours of their time. Do you know anyone who might be
interested in this? This plan is open-source and can therefore be used in
any way for free.

Here's the link to the document:

I am the Director of the AspenCore Climate Solutions Research Center, and
AspenCore is the largest publishing company in the electronics industry. I
have published over 50 climate solution articles:

I am available to chat via zoom with anyone interested in climate, energy,
SRM, etc.

Best regards,
