GEONET,

After running a few quick tests on datasets I had here, I contacted Eduardo
and asked for his database. After looking at his database we determined that
the assay channels were created from the Principal Component Synthesis. The
Principal Component Analysis was designed not to work with channels that
were produced using the Principal Component Synthesis. The gx recognizes the
information in the Assay Method section of the attributes dialog box. The
work-around is to delete the Assay Method information.

My question is: Is there a requirement for the Principal Component Analysis
gx to do this?

Subject: [geonet]: Assay Channels

Dear all,

I have a problem with Chimera. When I select Multi-scatter plot tool, I
select all assay channels and works, but when I select Principal component
analysis a message says "No assay Channels found"

Have Anybody found the same ?

Best regards,

Eduardo Melo
