Massimo,

This could be the problem, but if you can use an internet browser and view
other internet sites, you should be able to download or add components via
the Software Manager.

Could you please respond to the following questions, at my email address,
[EMAIL PROTECTED] , as this is more a support issue rather than a
general list concern. Thank-you.

1) What happens when you try and load components?
2) What is the exact error message you receive?
3) What internet explorer are you using and what version?
