Dear List, A recent posting to GEONET about using Geosoft with the Windows ME operating system prompted me to send this out to the list. Currently we support the use of Geosoft under the Windows 95, 98, NT, and Windows 2000 operating systems. At this time we do not support the Windows ME operating system. We have conducted a few preliminary tests using Windows ME. The operating system crashed 3 times while simply trying to install a Virus scanner program. We are not encouraged. The Testing department will continue to try to install and test Geosoft under Windows ME.
