I believe you are referring to a 3rd party product we sold called GTGS or GTLOG. This company has been bought out and no longer exists. I would suggest you look at the Rockware products for similar tools.

Going back many years, Geosoft for DOS used to have the capability of plotting to-scale strip log plots for drill hole data.  A plot did not show drill hole trace, but a series of side-by-side strip charts that could be set up to show assay results for individual elements, sample intervals, rock codes, all to correct downhole scales (such as 1cm:1metre, etc).  I'm looking through my Oasis Montaj software, but don't see anything that appears to have similar capability.  I realize Montaj is more of a map presentation tool, but I'd like to know if the strip chart plotting software is still available.
