Fatemah- I don't think that's possible in Geosoft, although others may correct me. You'll have to use a third party package such as those in the ENCOM suite. If you really want to do this in Geosoft, you'll have to write your own inversion code.
There is also a less elegant approach that is mathematically simpler and does not require you to compile new gx code or to buy new software. You can create a phasor diagram for the particular system you have, write it out as a GRD file, then use the "Sample Grid" routine with your inphase and quadrature data as X and Y coordinates. The hard part in this, of course, is creating the phasor diagram in the first place. It avoids the need for programming knowledge, but requires some skill in EM theory. All of these alternatives should be compatible with Oasis 6.4. Good luck. -Jeff ************* Jeff Gamey, Battelle, PG, PMP cell 865-599-0820 fax 614-458-0275 -----Original Message----- From: [email protected] [mailto:[email protected]] On Behalf Of fatemah Sent: Monday, February 03, 2014 9:34 AM To: Geosoft Oasis montaj and Target Subject: [geonet] Analysis airborne EM data Hi How can i calculate resistivity from HEM data in geosoft oasis(6.4)?
