Another option is to plot symbols using Color Range Symbols. Define a new column, say Line_number, and give each line a unique line number, lines 1-4. Then Map Tools > Symbols > Color Range Symbols. Classification channel is Line_number and number of ranges is 4. Then click on the Ranges button to set your max values to 1,2, and 3.
