This helped me: To get the vertical grid models out of GM-SYS Profile you can use the guide below:

In the 3D Viewer, Add to 3D > Grids > Plan or Section Grid(s). 2. For Colour/Image grid(s), select the image you oriented in 3D. 3. Click OK.
