Hola Mira el fichero:
TOMCAT_DIR/webapps/geonetwork/xsl/search.xsl Si GeoNetwork se está ejecutando con el war o el instalador, tendrás que reiniciar Tomcat/Jetty ya que los ficheros xsl se cachean.
