This is a minor issue, but thought it would be worth revisit as we polish
1.0

Currently the URL structure for our maps related views is this:

/community - overview page of GeoNode's map-related tools
/maps - a json dump of all map configurations
/maps/search - the page dedicated to searching for maps
/maps/search/api - an api endpoint for querying for map configurations, in
json

I think that this structure could confuse people. I frequently got to /maps
expecting to get a user-friendly page and instead get a json dump. And
'community' as a url doesn't make sense now that we don't have the breakdown
between CAPRA and community maps in the generic site.

I propose we change the url structure in these ways:

/maps - overview page of GeoNode's map-related tools (was /community )
/maps/api - a json dump of all map configurations

Any objections or counter-proposals?
