We have been using this mailing list both for discussion of development and the user community, with the intention of splitting them into separate Developer and User lists as the project matures.
I think we are getting to that time. But that raises the question of where to host the mailing lists. Options: - We make another librelist mailing list. This would be very easy. What do people think of librelist as a service? - Google groups. I'd need to look into the status of this, but I think we may have a Google Apps account for geonode.org. Last I checked they weren't giving us access to Groups functionality even though they were telling us they were, so this may be blocking on a butting of heads with Google's customer service. -- Sebastian Benthall OpenGeo - http://opengeo.org
