Ok, thanks for the error report.  Currently the bug tracker's registration
form is not working, but if you already have an account, could you attach a
failing dataset to http://projects.opengeo.org/CAPRA/ticket/848 ?

Otherwise you could mail me directly ([email protected]) with the file
attachment if it's not too big.

I will be looking into these upload issues in the next week or two if no one
else gets to it before I do.
