Does the GeoServer UI also show the incorrect values? If GeoServer's configuration for the layers has the wrong projection info then your WFS will reflect that. I think you'll have to manually correct them (only possible through the GeoServer admin interface presently, you can use RESTConfig as well if they are all the same).
