Thanks for the reply, it helped me to solve this problem, but easier.

I just remove 'https' from the repository addresses in *
shared/core-libs.txt *file.

Before:
git+https://github.com/dwins/gsconfig.py.git#egg=gsconfig.py
After:
git://github.com/dwins/gsconfig.py.git#egg=gsconfig.py
*
*
Also this problem was with all github repo :(*

https://github.com/ericflo/django-avatar.git#egg=avatar
https://github.com/cmheisel/nose-xcover.git#egg=nosexcover
